Mr. Joe Ohemeng is an accomplished executive and board leader with over 30 years of experience in finance, consulting, and corporate management. He holds an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management.
He served as Managing Director of Chemico Limited (2019–2023), where he led strategic restructuring and growth initiatives that strengthened the company’s performance and market position.
Prior to that, he spent nearly four decades at Deloitte Ghana, rising to Managing Partner (Profit Sharing). There, he provided high-level advisory and audit services to major clients and contributed significantly to talent development and the firm’s strategic growth.
Since January 2022, Mr. Ohemeng has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PenTrust Limited, offering governance leadership and strategic oversight while supporting management in delivering sustainable value to stakeholders.
